Shipping Policy

Order Processing
All orders received are processed and fulfilled in the order that we receive them. Normal processing may take 2 to 3 business days. During peak hours, our processing time may extend to 5 to 7 business days. Orders received on the weekend and on holidays will not begin processing until the next business day. All items being shipped may have a longer fulfillment rate due to shipping time.

Shipping Charges
Shipping rates for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

In-Store Pickup
In-store pickup is available during store operating hours. Please have your order confirmation email and student ID with you when you come in.

Shipping Confirmation
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us.

Missing Shipment
If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at our store email with your name and order number, we will investigate it for you as soon as possible.
